Happy St. Patrick's Day!

In honour of the patron saint of Ireland, in this lockdown state from Ibiza

I say, look up... don't look down!

When the rumours, truths, half-truths and fake news are taking the waves by storm, there is also a movement of good news, of people applauding the brave helpers who dare fight this Flu!

I see people giving free classes, channeling messages, inventing and sharing new songs, meditations and all kinds of advice.

What I see is a fighting spirit, like the Irish, coming back from misfortune and great odds to shine the light of hope and resilience, spreading this new courageous love virus even stronger and faster than this man-made one!

Let's make the most of this time and think of it as a lucky Shamrock moment!

Let's face it, a lot of the World is not really working very well and many people are living on minimum wages, political systems seem to be stagnant, the health system wobbles and the health workers are chronically under-paid, under-staffed and over-worked.

Now is a great time to use our collective consciousness to thinking and creating new ways to share, to live and to earn.

Here is some practical help that can make this Lockdown look up and transformed into the best thing that has happened in a long time!

Like a Shamrock with three leaves and a lucky 4th.... Body, Heart, Mind and Soul!

For the Body, take the precautions, hydrate, drink hot drinks and soups, exercise, get your vitamins and beat your chest like Tarzan to stimulate the thymus, massage between the ribs on both sides to stimulate liver and spleen. Here an article of the thousands available: Boost Immune System.

For the Heart, spread love, forgive, apologise, smile and share the beauty of connection.

It is the best thing you can do for yourself and for others. Love is the highest energy.

Use Compassion and Understanding as your weapons of light against frustration, fear and anger in your transformation.

If what you want is someone to apologise, imagine how you will feel if they do apologise and keep that feeling: Accept the unsaid apology!

For the Mind, think of ways to create a better future, learn something new with Udemy.com (they have really cheap courses that you can pay with the link below), read those books you have always wanted to read, make a bit of money online with a new way of banking* that charges no commission on exchange rates.

Know that this too will pass and everyone will be figuring out better ways to live.

For the Soul, here's a free month of Brain.fm for meditation. Also, the Insight Timer App is free. By changing your brainwaves through meditation, you can change your frequency and vibration to alter your reality and create a better future. Watch Dr. Joe Dispenza for Quantum Understanding.
